The **Oak Grove Prospect** is a targeted oil and gas recompletion opportunity located in **Cameron Parish, Louisiana**, a historically productive region along the Gulf Coast known for stacked pay zones and established infrastructure. The project consists of **two existing wells** situated on approximately **160 acres**, offering investors exposure to near-term production through redevelopment rather than higher-risk exploratory drilling.

This prospect focuses on the **recompletion of previously drilled and producing wells** that encountered multiple hydrocarbon-bearing zones but were prematurely abandoned due to prior operator financial distress—not reservoir performance. By re-entering these wellbores and recompleting additional proven sands, the project seeks to unlock remaining reserves while significantly reducing geological risk compared to new drilling operations.

The Oak Grove Prospect was generated using **exclusive 3D seismic data** and is operated in collaboration with **Harrison Energy Group**, a seasoned operator with over **40 years of experience** and a demonstrated track record that includes a **72% historical success rate** and involvement in the discovery of more than **$1.1 billion in hydrocarbons** across Texas, Louisiana, and the Gulf Coast. Collectively, the two wells have already produced substantial volumes of oil and gas and are expected to deliver **attractive initial production rates** following recompletion, with meaningful remaining reserve potential.
